DASHED LINES SHOW FOLD POSITIONS
Single sheet, both sides.
The fastest format to produce and the lowest cost per unit. Ideal for events, letterbox drops, countertop stacks, and anything that needs to reach a lot of people quickly.
Multiple panels, more story.
More panels means more room to tell your story - product ranges, service lists, pricing, maps. Folded formats fit in standard envelopes and stand up in display racks.
Folded
in-house.
All standard fold types are produced on our machine folders, giving us direct control over fold accuracy and turnaround.
Bifold
HALF FOLD
One centre fold creates 4 panels. Clean, versatile. Works at A4 folded to A5 or A3 folded to A4.
Company profiles, event programmes, menus
Trifold
LETTER FOLD
Three equal panels folding in sequence. The standard DL brochure format - fits neatly in a letter envelope.
Product brochures, service sheets, DL mailers
Z-fold
ACCORDION FOLD
Folds in alternating directions like a Z. Each panel opens independently - great for step-by-step content.
Instructions, maps, sequential content
Gate Fold
OPEN GATE
Two narrow outer panels open like gates to reveal a wide inner spread. High-impact reveal used for premium launches.
Premium product launches, event invitations
A3 Six-Panel
A3 TO A4 TO DL
An A3 sheet folded in half to A4, then trifold to DL. Six panels per side - maximum content that still fits a standard envelope.
Menus, service guides, product catalogues
Flat / No Fold
SINGLE SHEET FLYER
Printed both sides, no fold. The fastest and most cost-effective format for high-volume distribution.
Letterbox drops, event handouts, counter flyers
Choose the
right stock.
Heavier stock feels more substantial. Use lighter weights for high-volume runs, heavier card where quality is the message.
115gsm Satin
Lightweight option for high-volume runs where cost-efficiency is key.
HIGH-VOLUME FLYERS, MAIL DROPS
130gsm Gloss/Satin
The most common choice for flyers and brochures. Folds cleanly and presents beautifully.
STANDARD FLYERS, TRIFOLD BROCHURES
170gsm Gloss/Satin
Substantial, thicker paper that starts to feel like a light card.
PREMIUM BROCHURES, DETAILED CATALOGUES
300gsm Gloss/Satin
Rigid, heavy card stock for pieces that stand upright on a counter.
COUNTERTOP DISPLAYS, PREMIUM HANDOUTS
Laminating
options.
Laminating protects the print and changes how it feels. Gloss pops colour; matt gives a premium, tactile finish.
No Laminate
MOST COMMONCoated stock straight off the press. Bright, clean, cost-effective. The right call for most flyer runs.
Gloss Laminate
High-shine surface that makes colours pop. Wipe-clean and durable for pieces that get handled repeatedly.
Matt Laminate
Soft-touch satin finish. No glare, premium feel. Increasingly preferred for brochures and corporate profiles.
