WHY IT MATTERS

Your stationery
speaks first.

A business card handed across a table. A proposal in a branded folder. A letterhead attached to a formal document. These details shape first impressions. When the stock feels cheap or the print looks off, people notice.

We keep the details tight: correct stock, clean finishing, consistent colour, and proofs before production. Simple on paper. Valuable in practice.

The stock changes how the job is perceived. Bond feels natural and formal. Coated card adds weight, density, and sharper colour.

How we finish it.

Finishing is where stationery starts to feel deliberate. For many jobs, the difference between fine and impressive happens here.

get in touch.

N° 01

What file format do you need?

PDF is preferred - set up with 3mm bleed on all sides, 300dpi, and CMYK colour. We have a full artwork guide on our website. If your files aren't quite right, we'll tell you what needs fixing before we print.

N° 02

How many do I need to order?

Minimum quantities depend on the product. Business cards from 100, letterheads from 100, notepads from 50 pads. Generally, larger quantities reduce the per-unit cost significantly - digital printing is economical for short runs.

N° 03

Can you design my stationery?

Yes. Our in-house design team can work through the design with you, whether you have a rough idea, existing stationery to match, or established brand files ready to use. We confirm design time and proofing before production starts.

N° 04

What's the difference between coated and uncoated stock?

Uncoated stock (like 100gsm bond) absorbs ink slightly, giving a natural, tactile feel - ideal for letterheads. Coated stock has a sealed surface so ink sits on top, giving sharper colours and smoother feel - better for business cards and folders.

N° 05

Can you match my existing stationery?

If you have existing printed samples, bring them in. We can't guarantee a 100% colour match between different print runs (especially from different printers), but we can get very close and will always show you a proof first.

N° 06

Do you offer reprints at the same price?

If your files haven't changed, yes - reprints are priced the same. If the artwork has been updated, it's a fresh job at the current rate.
