No minimum quantity - we can print as little as a single sheet. Orders generally have a minimum spend of about $30 to cover artwork setup. Spreading that setup across more sheets is more economical per sticker.

PDF with vector outlines (no fonts), 3mm bleed, and a clearly indicated cut line on a separate layer. We have artwork specs - send us what you have and we'll check it.

Yes for custom plotter-cut shapes. We need a vector outline on its own layer indicating where you want the sticker cut. Without it, we can only do standard rectangles or circles.

Yes - choose weatherproof vinyl. It's UV-stable, water-resistant, and rated for 5+ years outdoor exposure. Standard vinyl handles 1-2 years outdoor before fading.

Sheet labels are supplied as A4 or A3 sheets - hand-apply one at a time. Roll labels come on a continuous roll for machine application on production lines. Roll labels need higher quantities (1000+) to be economical.

We print on adhesive paper or vinyl, then kiss-cut the shape on a plotter. We don't do traditional steel-rule die converting - plotter cutting covers one-offs through short runs without tooling.

Most sticker and label jobs are ready in 3-5 working days. Complex custom plotter shapes or larger runs can take a little longer. Rush work available on call.
