What's the minimum quantity for a mail campaign?

There's no hard minimum, but NZ Post's best bulk mail rates kick in at 300+ addresses with 80%+ address accuracy. Below that, we can still send your mail - just at standard postal rates.

What data format do you need?

Excel or CSV works. We need name, address, and postcode at minimum. If you have additional fields for personalisation (offers, account numbers, etc.), include those too. Not sure if your data is ready? Send it over - we'll check it for free.

What's address accuracy, and why does it matter?

Address accuracy means correctly formatted addresses with valid postcodes, verified against the NZ Post database. You need 80%+ accuracy to qualify for bulk mail rates. Our data cleansing service gets you there.

What mail formats do you handle?

Letters in DL, C5, and C4 envelopes (window or plain), plus AdCards and self-mailers.

Can you personalise each piece differently?

Yes. Full variable data - different names, offers, images, QR codes, and content for every recipient. Every piece can be completely unique.

What's the typical turnaround?

Depends on the campaign size and data readiness. A straightforward 500-piece campaign with clean data can be turned around in a few days. Larger campaigns or those needing data cleansing take longer. Call us to discuss your timeline.
